The authentic HORECA Cyprus is the biggest and most important exhibition for professionals of the Food, Hotel, Tourism and Leisure industry. It is organised in cooperation with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism and the Cypriot’s Chef Association. It is also supported by all the professional associations of the island.
During the exhibition, professionals have the chance to meet and discuss with other companies that are dealing with food, beverages, hotels, restaurants, equipment, machineries, decoration etc. Also, we organise competitions for professional chefs, bakers, confectioners, bartenders and baristas. Additionally we host cooking, bartending and barista shows along with small presentations and seminars.
Gastronomia - Horeca is held at the end of November at State Fair Grounds and is an exhibition that no professional should miss.
