The Let’s Make Cyprus Green, in cooperation with the Limassol Municipality, will host the first annual Love the Earth Festival to promote and celebrate Earth Hour in Cyprus.
This festival is for all who love the earth and want to protect it, but if you aren’t one of them then you should be!
The festival will include:
- various workshops relating to the environment
- music
- healthy food & drinks
- activities for children
- tables of environmentally friendly products
Earth Hour:
Earth Hour is an annual worldwide movement, a symbolic action that happens on April aimed to encourage individuals, communities, and businesses. They ask you to turn off non-essential electric lights for one hour starting from 8:30 pm. By turning off your lights, you save energy and help the climate change and these are very good for the environment.
By participating at the Love the Earth festival you give your consent to use images (photographs or films) for yourself and any child taken during the festival.
