Chapel of Agios Tychikos Agia Fyla

This ruined church was declared by the Department of Antiquities as an ancient monument.

The ruined church today dates back to the 10th century and was built on an early Christian basilica of the 6th century.

It is very likely that the seat of the diocese of Naples was in this area.

Agios Tychikos, an Asia Minor who arrived in Cyprus together with the first Apostles who preached Christianity on the island.
