Interview with the owner of En-Yevo Tavernaki in Ayia Napa

Cyprus Alive spoke with Christos, the owner of En-Yevo Tavernaki to learn more about this charming traditional tavern in Ayia Napa. Here is the interview, offering an insight into the restaurant, its philosophy and what makes it special.

1. Christos, when was your restaurant established?
En-Yevo Tavernaki was established in 2015.

En-Yevo Tavernaki offers authentic Cypriot, Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.

3. Where is En-Yevo Tavernaki located?
In Ayia Napa and specifically on 16 Dionysiou Solomou Street.

4. What makes your restaurant stand out from others?

The venue is beautiful, with charming décor, plenty of flowers, Greek-inspired colours and a traditional style that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Our authentic Cypriot and Greek dishes are homemade and prepared with fresh ingredients, love and passion by our chef and owner - who happens to be me! (laughs).

Our menu is small but features all the delicious flavours of the island, and we review and update it every year.

Our staff are local, polite and welcoming. They provide professional service, while the personal attention offered by our front-of-house manager is another reason why we have so many happy and satisfied customers.
