It is an Italian poke bowl chain that opened its first store in Cyprus, specifically in Agios Lazaros Square in Larnaka. This is perhaps Cyprus's first healthy street food with its own water in ecological tetra pak packaging.

Poke Scuse restaurants have been operating in Italy with great success for the past 4 years. Their creation aimed to add a healthy option for everyone to the fast-food category.

The owner of the first Poke Scuse restaurant in Cyprus adopted the idea and started the introduction of a new culture in Cyprus. He was diagnosed with gluten intolerance at a very young age, and his only carbohydrate choice was rice. He loved the Poke Scuse philosophy and sees it as an option that can meet the nutritional needs of a large percentage of people.

You can start creating your poke by choosing from 4 different types of rice and then you can choose from a wide range of proteins such as chicken, soybean strips, shrimp, octopus, tofu, raw salmon, and tuna. As for the fresh fruit and vegetable options, one thing is for sure, you will get lost in the feast of colours and options.
