Night walk under the lunar eclipse
Let's take a walk under the full moon with songs and good vibes
The Youth of Paralimni and the Deryneia / Paralimni Municipality in view of the phenomenon of the total lunar eclipse on the evening of September 7, is organizing a night walk under the last full moon of the summer.
This year's event will feature over 100 artists on 30 music stages that will be set up along the walking route that will be followed. The start of this night walk will be at 20:31 in the evening, from the chapel of Agios Nikolaos in Pernera, following a 6-kilometer course and ending at Fig Tree Bay beach in Protaras.
Along the route, in addition to the music that will keep the public company, there will also be kiosks where food, drinks and water will be offered. Also, at certain points, the public will have the opportunity to observe the full moon through telescopes that the Cyprus Astronomy Organization will provide for this purpose.
