Why explore Ayia Napa with a quad bike?
Perfect for all adventure seekers

If you've visited Ayia Napa and think you've seen it all, then you should try the 4WD experience and you might realise that there is much more to see!
We are sure that this experience is worth living, and this is because four-wheelers give you the possibility to explore the most beautiful areas of the region.
Hidden paths, inaccessible areas by car, the blue coastline with the rocks and caves of Ayia Napa...
We rented a quad bike from the beloved Rainbow Rentals and we are here to share our wonderful experience with you.

How did the journey begin...
First, we made an appointment at Rainbow Rentals, where Mr. Marios, the manager, was waiting for us.
A very welcoming man who helped us plan our routes, giving us lots of tips and places not to be missed.
We chose a quad bike from the large collection he had, which covered all needs: Children's bikes, mountain bikes, electric bikes, 200 types of motoring from small to large displacement motorcycles, latest generation buggies.
Besides, it is known that since 1983 it has been operating and provides the largest range of rental vehicles in Ayia Napa.
In fact, he informed us that in the event of any breakdown, they provide 24-hour service.

1st stop: Sea Caves - "The Palaces" of Ayia Napa
Now ready for our little adventure, we set off towards the Sea Caves, also known as the "Palaces" of Ayia Napa.
They are located between the beach of Kermia and Akrotiri Cavo Greco.
Coming in a 4WD makes the experience easier as there is quite a bit of bumpy dirt road until you reach the permitted parking spot.
Once we arrived we were truly speechless by the beauty of nature. The caves with the background of the blue waters, was something magical!

2nd stop: Cavo Greco Akrotiri
We continued to the popular and majestic Cavo Greco, which is one of Ayia Napa's busiest locations with nine nature trails perfect for exploring the area.
Our quad bike tour allowed us to access various spots more quickly and smoothly.
Exciting walks, awe-inspiring unknown caves, steep cliffs in more difficult places... an experience we will not forget!

3rd stop: Kamara Tou Koraka (Stone Bridge)
Then we headed to the much-photographed Kamara of Korakas, which if you don't know it, it's a good idea to learn about it.
The bridge is located at a distance of one kilometre from the chapel of Agioi Anargyroi. It is a very picturesque towering natural bridge, ideal for sitting on the rocks and enjoying the clear blue waters of Ayia Napa.
They have fenced off the area around it, but it is still accessible to some extent.

4th stop: National Forest Park
We took a little break to rest at the Cavo Greco National Forest Park. Located on the south-east coast of Cyprus, Cape Greco, with hiking trails, rest areas, cliffs and sea views.
With our quad bike we headed both on and off road with a mix of dirt roads, trails and roads. Along the way we came across excellent spots for photos.
We chose to tour mainly the European Long Distance Trail E4, a 2km long nature trail where there is a rest station.
So we sat down to eat a quick snack that we brought with us while enjoying the view from above, and we went down the steps that join the chapel to the sea cave and took a short dip in the deep blue waters.

5th stop: Konnos Bay Viewpoint
Our last stop before heading back was Konnos Bay Viewpoint.
As we drove up to the beach we found ourselves amongst pine trees, at a fairly high point that offered us a view of the sea all the way down.
This beautiful beach with pine trees has the bluest sea and offers a total panoramic view that combines mountain and sea!
We drove to a point on the road and sat down to enjoy the view from above. Of course, to end our one-day adventure nicely, we went down to the beach for one last dip in the sea.
