We tried great food in the heart of Ayia Napa

As the culinary proposals of Ayia Napa are many, raising the level of the experience, it is even more difficult to be truly impressed by a place.

While walking down Nissi Avenue, you will come across a restaurant that is a must destination.

The Olive Tree Restaurant doesn't just steal the show, it manages to make you want to discover every taste and every element of its philosophy.

It is located in the heart of Ayia Napa and every summer it becomes a magnet for locals and tourists looking for taste, quality and good prices.

It offers delicious steak options, pasta for pasta lovers, many choices of meat, seafood and grill dishes, but also an interesting list of cocktails and desserts.

We visited the Olive Tree restaurant recently, enjoyed delicious dishes and want to share with you our pictures, tastes and impressions.

We sat in this beautiful spacious restaurant, with its warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The steak here is first in our preferences, with all-time classic recipes, such as the excellent T bone, but also other special suggestions such as the chef's special steak!

Those who prefer seafood can choose amongst the unique and interesting recipes.

From meat options we recommend Steak Diane and Plank Steak which we tried and they are amazing.

We didn't miss trying another unique experience...the Fillet Steak from the Stone Grill!  It is one of the only restaurants that offers this experience. It is specific volcanic stone that is heated in a special oven and maintains the temperature so that you can cook your food yourself, at your table. Yes, you read that right...! We tried it and it was really good! 

Tip: Complete the dinner with the home-made dessert. We recommend the home-made tiramisu or Lava Cake.
