Drawing inspiration from its name and blending Italian charm with Cypriot warmth, VIETRI all day... in the heart of Protaras, just a few steps from Fig Tree Bay, serves as a haven for every hour of the day.

In its beautiful and inviting space, surrounded by lush greenery and a charming vintage green car at the entrance, we indulged in the newly curated, refined brunch menu.

We've tasted several options from the menu, and we can confidently say that the Green Glow Toast is sure to become a favourite, thanks to its timeless flavours - crispy chia toast topped with avocado and pomegranate.

A standout choice is the Island Breakfast Bliss, featuring grilled olive bread with tomato, halloumi, lountza (a traditional Cypriot cured meat), and a fried egg. Another must-try is the Royale Dawn, a toasted bagel topped with a poached egg, cream cheese, baby spinach, smoked salmon, and a rich béarnaise sauce.

We also recommend trying The Golden Croissant, Eluffy Truffle Scramble, and Mediterranean Firepot.
