Of mixed English and Greek parentage (Greek grandparents from Smyrne and Volos), Bill used to say “I live in England, but my soul lives in Greece.” Eight years ago, however, he made the leap to come and live in a Greek place and Cyprus has become his chosen home. A “foodie”, and lover of good wine, Bill is 50% owner of Wines and Tours Ltd .
