About the author

Of mixed English and Greek parentage (Greek grandparents from Smyrne and Volos), Bill used to say “I live in England, but my soul lives in Greece.” Eight years ago, however, he made the leap to come and live in a Greek place and Cyprus has become his chosen home. A “foodie”, and lover of good wine, Bill is 50% owner of Wines and Tours Ltd . He is author of the Amazon book, "How to make a Chicken go Further"and of the humorous fiction, "The Ministry of Public Inconveniences and other Stories" - also on Amazon.

Cyprus has a very ancient tradition of wine-making and in the past 20 years has fused modern techniques of quality production to its historical traditions.
